Our Story
Growing up in a British Asian household, it was pretty normal to be given various concoctions of eastern herbs & spices to tackle any oncoming illnesses and keep us healthy.
Mum often made my brother and I drink turmeric milk on a daily basis (whether or not we wanted!) in the 90s - long before it was mainstream. Little did we know that these home remedies were based on the 5000 year old powerful science of Ayurveda.
As we hit our 20s, we both went on our own holistic wellness journeys and naturally started to explore Ancient Indian wellbeing with curiosity and passion. However, we struggled to follow the right herbal routines, as most wellbeing products were only available in pills, powders or bitter teas. We found the whole experience impractical, tedious and often leaving an unpleasant taste.
This inspired us to engage with Ayurvedic Practitioners in India and leading food scientists in the UK, to fix this problem once and for all.

Our aim is to bring ancient eastern wisdom into a practical and enjoyable format, enabling anyone to live with good health, harmony and vibrance.

Dosha is expertly created with Ayurvedic teachings and rare botanicals for holistic wellbeing. Collaborating with specialist Ayurvedic practitioners from the UK and India, we have developed this groundbreaking beverage, ensuring each ingredient contributes to holistic well-being

Vata promotes peace & calm, Pitta enhances mental clarity & focus, and Kapha increases energy levels & immunity.
You can take Dosha however suits you best. Although there is no set order, we love to take the Kapha in the morning for a natural energy boost, Pitta after lunch to help us focus and concentrate and Vata in the evening to relax and wind down.
Our product has some incredible and powerful ingredients, however we would not recommend Dosha for children.
It's completely up to you! We love to have ours chilled in our favourite glass. If it's a hot day over ice is great!
There is no alcohol in our delicious drinks!
